Based on your responses, you are eligible to be a Full (voting) Member of MUSA.

This means you will be able to attend and vote at meetings, hold office in MUSA if elected, take part in activities, and enjoy the following benefits of MUSA membership enshaAllah (once required fee is paid - see below):

- A free branded tote or conference sling

- Up to 50c off Halal meat & chicken at the mosque (Limit 3 discounted items per purchase; MUSA membership & University student ID cards must be presented) [TBC]

- $5 camp discount

- Regular email/text notification about activities

This membership is valid till October of the current year i.e., the Annual AGM (as per Article III, Section X of the MUSA Constitution). To reapply in January/February, simply fill out this online form again.

Associated with this annual membership to MUSA is a compulsory fee of $5. This needs to be done by bank deposit, quoting your FULL NAME as reference.

Any personal information you have provided will be kept strictly confidential. Student ID is required for MUSA affiliation to OUSA.

Email and/or text will be the primary means of communication with MUSA members. Please check these regularly to keep up with our activities throughout the year.
